Networking(Routing) Problem between Guest and Host and Admin-PC

Hi dear all, I have some problem with networking on Esxi 5.5

My Host IP address is 192.168.0.10

My Guest IP address is 10.10.10.2

on excli i can ping both ip address and the other pc in my host subnet (my host subnet 192.168.0.1/24)

in my guest (XP) i can ping 192.168.0.10(host ip address) and his getaway(10.10.10.1) but cannot ping 192.168.0.8(in side of esxi5.5-MY-PC)

Please Help Me

Hi there,

you must have your VM network set up on the same subnet as the MY-PC machine if you want to access it. That means you will have to have two NICs inside it - one with access to 10.10.10.0/24 range (to communicate with the ESXi host) and another with 192.168.0.0/24 range - I do not know whether you are doing this on a live hardware on in a nested lab environment - more information would be helpful Smiley Happy

I want to set up all Vms another IP range then ESXI Host and i want to access from VMs to my-pc which ip is the same range with ESXI 5.5 ip address
