How can I get network statistic (for example by mrtg, data traffic etc.) for each virtual machine from esxi host?
If you have vCenter you can try getting information from that. You could also try running resxtop to get some information.

I have not vCenter. Where can I download resxtop?
I think you can get it from the vCLI. http://www.vmware.com/support/developer/vcli/
Resxtop does not exist in vcli. Any idea?
Not sure but it's referenced in the release notes.
