Network send/receive in same esx server

Hi All,

I have 2 guest in a same ESX server, if guest A send sth to guest B, it will go to physical switch or they just talk ESX internally?

If no, can we configure in the vswitch ?

If they both reside on the same virtual switch and are on the same subnet the traffic will stay internal - if they are on different virtual switches or on different subnets then the traffic will be sent to the physical network/switch

Yes. If you have same subnet IP address then it will be work.
