Network Drivers for Dell i7

Hello,

I am trying to install ESXi on my Dell i7, but I get the error that ESXi cannot find the Network adapter.

I have tried on my Dell Pentium 4 D 3.2 and it works fine on that

Any ideas on how to get the drivers loaded on the i7, so that I can utilise the better machine ?

You will need to install a supported NIC - check out the HCL http://www.vmware.com/resources/compatibility/search.php - to get the unsupported NIC you can check out vm-help.com for additional information -

Isn't the i7 a CPU rather then a complete system? It would be helpful to know what system you are using in order to know what network card it is that drivers are not been found for. Though I presume it is not on the HCL, so I'd suggest researching on the whitebox listings.

Its a broadcom 57XX network card.

Its a Dell core i7 Precision 1500 machine.
