Netgear Readynas 3100 + vmware snapshots

Hello!

I have a problem with this device. Virtual machins works fine on this storage... untill  snapshot Smiley Sad  when i'm making snapshot VM becomes verry slow!!! May be somebody had this problem... what to do? Smiley Happy how to make it work faster?

VMware snapshots are not designed to be keep for much time... use them and then delete as soon is possible.

yes, ofcourse! i'm using ghettoVCB script for snapshots. and sometimes this cannot delede snapshot and it makes a lot of problems...
