I am new to virtualization and this is my first post.
I just bought a new laptop to create a vSphere 6.0 lab. Laptop model is Dell Inspiron 5559 - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz, 2601 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
I have installed VMware workstation 10 on windows 10 64bit machine. I have installed Esxi on workstation. I can install 32 bit vm on this esxi but unable to install 64 bit machine
Intel VT-x is enabled on Physical Bios. I am getting below error. I have read this article and my machine support intel VT-x technology. I am still unable to install 64 bit vm on esxi.
Error - Failed to start the virtual machine.
This virtual machine is configured for 64-bit guest operating systems.
However, 64-bit operation is not possible.
This host does not support Intel VT-x.

How can i make this happen ? Any advise would be helpful.
