Need to deinstall and reinstall ovf

I have the Dell Management Plug in and since I have moved my VCenter server about 3 times it is not working correctly. It installed as an ovf. How do I get it out of there and reinstall? Is it as simple as just deleting the server the ovf created and then reinstalling etc./

thanks

I don't know the plug-in you use, but maybe you need to unregister the plug-in before removing/deleting the VM. In case this cannot be done through the add-in itself anymore, you may need to do his manually (see .e.g. http://www.virtuallyghetto.com/2010/07/how-to-unregister-vcenter.html). However, before deleting it manually, you may want to check with Dell to see whether they offer a guide for how to do this correctly.

Hello.

I would try to unregister it from vCenter, delete the VM from disk and then restart the vSphere Client and verify in the Plug-in Manager that the Dell Management Plug-in is no longer listed.

Good Luck!
