Dear team,
Hardware vendor recommended to upgarde server firmware to latest version as from 5 last year we haven't upgraded the server firmware.
Now we are running VMware ESX 4.0.0 build-208167, just want to know if we upgrade server firmware do i need upgrade Raid Controller / NIC / FC adapter driver if yes then
for eg. if i want to upgrade vmhba1 driver , so i have fetched driver version details, but i don't know how to confirm which driver i need to install for this vmhba1 , in step 4 i have total 5 drivers which driver shall i download and how to download, need ur asisstance on the same.

Four of the drivers shown are "inbox" so they are included with the ESXi install.
Check with your hardware vendor if the "async" drivers shown for ESXi 4.1 are supported for 4.0 and if so, you can upgrade to
