Need help to certify client vSphere platforms to host Voip Platform...

I have a LARGE opportunity to certify client vSphere platforms so that a large organization can install thier VIOP platform on it.

This needs to be a repeatable certification process, and I was wondering what VMware products are available (We get access to them all at our co.) to measure performance and identify issues related to performance when hosting large scale VOIP platforms?

I need to be able to produce a detailed report with the minimum effort, and still be very valuable to the VOPI reseller so that they engage us over and over again for their installations.

Any thoughts?

what specs are the voip reseller asking?

Do you want reports of stats and available recources?

They are asking for us to report on everything from the physical host configuration to the ESX configuration and how well it's performing while delivering the VM that they would be placing the telephony systems on.

I need to know what product(s) one might use to determine the configuration, health and capabilities of a vSphere platform end to end.

Hopefully something that is simple to use and very informative.

The ideal situation would betwo ethic that builds reports that can be rebranded, and added to easilly.

in case you need to upgrade your vcenter license check out the vSOM license

both products have some nice reports you can provide for your VOIP reseller
