Need help regarding iSCSI boot

Hello Experts,

I want to boot DL380 G6 box through Software iSCSI using bnx2 "Broadcom Corporation NC382i Integrated Multi Port PCI Express Gigabit Server Adapter". I followed How to configure ESXi to boot via Software iSCSI? | VMware vSphere Blog - VMware Blogs. however i could not verify NIC because i did not find "I/O type" option in bios to set it to network in order to verify the footnotes. but i proceeded further. I did not find "iSCSI boot" option for "embedded NIC". I enabled "network boot" and proceeded with other steps. I was able to install ESX 5.5 on iSCSI target lun successfully but when i tried to boot (after enabling the boot to iSCSI target in bios) , I got following error.

[iBoot-04]: Bootable partition is not found

Following is the network adaptor detail which i am using for iSCSI boot. Could you please help me. Do i need to go for higher version of firmware? in that case could you please let me know the version?

~ # ethtool -i vmnic1

driver: bnx2

version: 2.2.3d.v55.2

firmware-version: bc 4.6.4 NCSI 1.0.3

bus-info: 0000:02:00.1

~ # esxcfg-swiscsi -b -q

No boot enabled NIC(s) is found on the system.

~ # esxcfg-swiscsi -b -e

No iBFT data present in BIOS.

Many Thanks in advance.
