i heard that esxi 4.1 does not include the vmware tool rpm file to install linux OS. so i have no choice but to use the vmware tool tar file which include in esxi 4.1. but i cannot find guide in the internet to install this file. any body here please help me or any possible option to install vmware tool in my redhat machine... thank you so much...
