NIC not seen from the NIC list command

I performed the Dell EMC update on my Dell R630. Afterwards I lost connectivity via Web and SSH. From the iDRAC I see the server has booted. I verified the IP address. I attempted a network test and it all fails. I noticed it was no longer recognizing the Broadcom 7640. I ran the lspci -v | grep -A1 -i ethernet command and it shows there. But, when I run the esxcli network nic list it doesn't show. The server was updated with the current firmware and BIOS. Still not recognized properly. What should I do? Or what am I missing?

Is there any way to downgrade firmware of the  NIC?
