NIC configuration

I am new to my company and I have recently discovered that one on the NIC ports on my ESXi host is plugged into the wrong VLAN port on my physical switch.

Do I have to place the HOST in maintenance mode for me to move this to the correct VLAN port?

I also discovered that all VLAN networks are open to pass traffic to each other which is how this still functions I suppose.

Hi, there is no need to enter in maintenance mode, take a look if the VLANs you have are set to "0".

Expect a moderator to move your thread to the area for ESXi now that I've reported it.
