Ok this is strange and I thought I would ask if anyone has advice.
We have this configuration on other ESXi 3.5, 4 servers working just fine. But for some reason I get a 16 second delay every time we connect with a simple calc engine application...
I have compared all the VM settings to other environments and they are all the same. Tried using the other NIC. Tried using different port for accessing our network.
But every time its 16 seconds.
