NFS and FT enabled VM?

For FT we need VM disk type to be Thick Provisioning Eager Zeroed but when Selecting the NFS datastore for VM files then Thin and Thick Options are Greyed Out and I know FT is supported on NFS but my question is how if it needs thick disk and that option is greyed out? Anyone who can help me on this?

You will need ESXi 5 (or later) and your NAS vendor would need to support NFS Reserve Space, in order to do this.

I think that when you enable FT for the VM on NFS the disk type is set automatically
