My vCenter is 4.1 and perl SDK is 5.1

My vCenter is having 4.1 installed, and I am using vSphere SDK 5.1, will VM creation will work or I need to down grade vSphere SDK 4.1 perl version.

This will work, vSphere SDK 5.1 works with older versions without a problem.
