My VM automatically shutdown

I've two VMs in my infrastructure which I've to keep working  everyday.

But two VMs automatically shutdown on 2021/03/20 09:55 a.m.

Tried to go through the log file and cannot locate the precise cause of this.

Any idea of what might be causing this? Because "transitioned vmx/execstate/val to poweredoff"?

Attached is the log file.

Please help me, and thank you.

ps. VMware vSphere 6.7 ver

Hello.
You should check if the automatic shutdown of the VMs is configured.

Yes, I've checked. The automatic shutdown of the VM is not configured.
My VM runs everyday. Them only automatically shutdown on that day. But I don't know the cause of the problem.

Extremely grateful.

Yes,it's windows. And I've checked it has VMware and windows license.
It has been running from 2019 to now.
And I have provided the log of the underlying server, and ask the HP engineer to confirm that the hardware is normal.
But VMs automatically shutdown, so I want to ask VMware ESXI if there are other possible causes of abnormality.

Extremely grateful.

Is it windows OS machine? You can check the license status. If windows license is expired, it can be shutting down automatically.
