My Server Raid is corrupted :(

Hello.

How are you?

I have an Asus server and use Esxi 4.1 on it. My server is RAID 5 and When I open vSphere, It show me that a HDD is failed. I upload a photo about this error and Please advice me how can I fix it. All HDDs lights on Server are Green.

unfortunately I'm not familiar with Asus hardware. However, what I could think of is a "Predictive Failure" of the disk, which means that it might fail soon. Most major hardware hardware vendors consider this a support case and replace the HDD. I'd suggest you open a support case with the vendor.

If you can, reboot the host and see if the error continues. If the lights are still green on the drive then it hasn't failed 100% and may just be 'on its way out'. Pretty common. Contact your support vendor for a replacement drive.
