Moving VM's to a virtual switch

I created a second virtual switch on my ESX 4 host and I want to move my VM's to it but cannot seem to figure out how it is done.

Can anyone help?

Edit settings for the VM you want to move. In the Hardware Tab select the Network Adapter that will connect to the new switch. Use the dropdown for the Network Connection to select the new Network Label.
