Moving Management network to new switch

I am trying to move my management network to a new switch(vs0 to vs1). On the console when I try simply remove the nics from vs0 and add the nics from vs1, I get an error stating the network adapters are already assigned, should I remove them? I have many vlans on vs1 so I cannot.

Is there an easy way to do this, or do I need to add new ip, disconnect, re-add, then repeat to get the original ip of the management network?

I assume vmko and vs0 are not necessary as a label, they can be moved to another vmk and vs1.

This is the actual discussion that worries me:

When taken in context then yes this is something that shouldn't be attempted unless you have to and have no other alternative.
