Move to Raid

Hi All,

I have ESXi installed on a single internal hard drive in a Dell 1950 iii. I want to remove that drive and install two new ones in a Raid 1 configuration.

How should I attack this? Clone software? VM Converter? Snapshots?.

I am new to VMWare and am on my way to making every mistake. Can you help me avoid at least one?

And yes, I know, I should have thought out my storage requirements first but if I had done evertyhing right the first time, you would be working for me!

Thanks!

ESXi and three VMs. Clone my existing drive to a raid. Reinstalling ESXi would be no big deal but reinstalling the VMs would be a pain. Being lazy, some sort of cloneing solution seems like the most easy way,.
