Missing the initrd.img in ESXi 5 Installer.

I am trying to PXEboot the ESXi 5, but I found that I cannot find the kernel (vmlinuz) and a ramdisk (initrd.img) in ESXi 5 installer ISO anymore,

I remembered that I can find them in the ESX 4 install ISO.

By follow the instruction http://pubs.vmware.com/vsphere-4-esx-vcenter/index.jsp?topic=/com.vmware.vsphere.installclassic.doc_..., I can PXE Boot the ESX Installer.

So does the ESXi 5 still provide the ramdisk and kernel image as ESX 4.

Thanks in advance!

The same for 6.5, both:

images/pxeboot/initrd.img

images/pxeboot/initrd.img

are missing... any suggestions?
