Missing extent after hard restart - ESXi 6.7 uU3

Hello!

I run an ESXi server off of OVH. I got a message on Saturday telling me that there was an IPMI failure on my server, and that it would be resolved shortly. After it was resolved I logged into ESXi to find that my three most critical VM's were missing (Active Directory, Web Server and Invoicing Server). When looking at the datastore, it's only showing 3 extents, instead of the 4 that it would have had before. I've attached a screenshot of the extent that's missing from the datastore.

Is there a way to manually add this extent back into the datastore? At this point I want to salvage some data, and do a fresh install because I'm not sure what else it might screw up. Any help would be appreciated, I'm willing to pay for someone to come and do it for me if possible.

If I had the server on-site I would just use VMFS recovery but I don't have it on-site unfortunately
