Hi all,
Can someone please help we with a solution on how to move Centos 6.4 VM from Citrix Xen server to VMware ESXi. I've tried the below so far and had no luck:
- Tried V2V using VMware converter - The conversion failed with the error "An error occured during the conversion : 'root is not found' " - (Started a new discussion for this)
- Shutdown and tried to export the VM as an ovf file but received the error "Disk copy failed. iSCSI could not start the XenServer TransferVM"
- Shutdown and exported to xva file. Converted xva to ovf using Xenconvert. When tried to import the ovf in vmware, got the error "Could not parse the document 'encoding specified in xml declaration is incorrect'"
Please help.
