Migrate from vmware ESXi to Dell ESXi?

Currently using the vmware supplied image of ESXi on all dell servers. The image runs off a flash drive. What would be the easiest way to migrate to the dell supplied version that has drivers and dell goodies baked right in? Am i going to have to remove \ re-add the machines to the cluster as if they were new, or is there a way to backup-restore, or tell vsphere to just migrate for one to the other?

You should be able to put in the CD and just "upgrade" it to the dell ESXi, like you would a normal ESXi upgrade to a normal version. You can take a backup ESXi configurations, that can be found here  VMware KB: Backing up and restoring ESXi configuration using the vSphere Command-Line Interface and ...

During this process do not choose to overwrite any VMFS datastores, keep the existing data.

If you have VUM (VMware Update Manager) you can import the DELL ISO and then create a baseline and remediate the servers with this baseline
