Migrate VM from VM Player to ESXi

I'd like to know wich is the best way to migrate a VM running on VM Player on an ESXi server.

Any idea?

When I try to convert VM workstation Player machine , I receive this error (even using administrator account on the source machine).

Disable the Firewall and manually Install the Agent, Actually, it needs to copy and install the agent on a remote server. You can simply establish a remote session on the server and install the agent manually by admin account.

Problem solved.

Starting the migration with the  source machine (on VMware player) OFF, all has worked fine.
