Microsoft NLB and network connections after vMotion

We have multiple ESXi hosts (4.0) one of them containing a virtual member of a 8 server NLB cluster.

When i migrate any server to the host containing the virtual NLB cluster member i can no longer connect to any of the 7 other members. But the strange thing is that i can reach any other machine on that same host that not has been moved there recently (i don't know what triggers this)

The migrated machine can reach any other machine not in the NLB cluster.

The cluster is set to multicast. and is in the same subnet as all other servers.

Before digging too deep into bizarre network behavior, do you have your static arp entry set?

there are no static arp entries at the moment

Is there a KB describing how to do the needed ARP entries ?
