Memory actually used by guest OS ?

Hello everyone,

I know this question has been asked many times, but I still don't find a clear answer.

Is there a way in Vsphere (or Vcops) to know the memory actually used by the guest OS ?

When I look at the task manager in my Windows (2008) VM, I see an amount of used memory that doesn't match with any metrics in Vsphere (not even close !)

I'm trying see wich VM is oversized, but I can't trust what Vsphere says, because it seems there's no way to see the amount of memory actually used by the VM.

Thank you.
