Memory Alerts in Console when VM shows 1/2 being used

I've got a VMed Win 2003 ePO 4.5 Server that is allocated 2GB of memory. When I look at that task manager it says that I am using only 918MB but when I look at it from the ESX Console it is alerting me and telling me i'm using 1963MB. I can't seem to figure out where the leak is. Anybody have any advice for locations I should be looking? Thanks!

This is happening on a vSphere ESX 4 host for us only its an 8GB machine, showing 95% usage in client and having 5GB free in the guest
