Mellanox 10Gb Ethernet driver supports products based on the Mellanox ConnectX Ethernet

Hi,

I have just installed a dual port Mellnox 10GB ethernet card in my ESX 4.1 server from HP which they sell as hp nc550sfp dual port 10gbe. I have installed the drivers but the NIC is not showing under network adapters. When I run esxupdate query, I can see that the drivers for the NICs have been installed.

Does anyone know how to get the drivers installed properly?

I searched for the hp nc550sfp dual port 10gbe drivers on the hp website and they worked... hmmm.. reinstalling esx didn't pick up the cards either
