Management Section Not Showing

I have a simple question. I have two ESXi5 installations and when I connect to the hosts using my vSphere client, the page shows only a limited selection of items and specifically, no Management Section.

This is how mine looks:

The first screen-shot is from connecting to a standalone ESX-host, the second one is connecting to vCenter, that the difference.

Install a vCenter server and use that to get the functionality you want.

Hi Brian, I'm not a Dell user but I think you need to install the Dell management plug in into vCenter. It looks like you are logging on directly to the ESXi hosts rather an a vCenter installation. The second screen shot you posted is from a vCenter installation.
