Maintenance Mode - VMotion Single Host?

If I have HA and DRS in fully automated and I put a host in maintenance mode will all the VMs move to multiple hosts or will they move to a single host and then DRS to multiple hosts? We have 23 hosts in the cluster.

DRS will load balance the guests onto the remaining  hosts in the cluster.
