MSCS and FCoE Support/Functionality

Hello,

I am under pressure to deliver a two node, Windows 2008 R2 MS cluster using FCoE and I would appreciate your help.  I understand FCoE is not supported by VMWare with vSphere v5.0.  Are their any other risks aside from VMWare support limitations?  Will the MSCS cluster work with FCoE?
