ML350 Gen10 pass through for HP 561T issue

Hi,

I have an HPE ML350 Gen10 server at home.

Configuration:
CPU: 2 x XEON Silver 4110
RAM: 128GB DDR4 - HP branded
NIC1: onboard 4x 1gbps
NIC2: HP 530T
NIC3: HP 561T
GPU: nVidia QUARDO P2000

OS: ESXi-7.0U3l-21424296-standard

Onboard NIC (2 ports) -vswitch1- is used by ESXI for VMs that require 1gbps network.
The HP 530T-vswitch0-card is used by VMs that require a 10gbps network.

I would like to use the HP 561T as the LAN interface and the fourth NIC port on the motherboard as the WAN to the Pfsense VM.

I have set a pass through for:
HP 561T
The fourth port on the onboard NIC
After that I restarted the ESXI system

I created a VM for Pfsense and assigned to this VM the HP561T and one port from the NIC on the motherboard.

I installed Pfsense with no ethernet cables connected.
After the installation, when Pfsense restarted, I connected the ethernet cable to the first port of the HP 561T card.

After connecting the ethernet cable, the server restarted itself!

What am I doing wrong?

I currently have a DL120 Gen9 with Pfsense, but would like to have Pfsense as a VM on the ML350 Gen10.

Thanks in advance for all your help!
