Hello,
after a lun was deleted directly on an isci storage, an Esxi (5.0) lost connection with Vcenter. It became inusable.
We can't reconnect to him with vcenter, ssh is ok, hostd ok, vpxa ok, network ok but if we try some esxcli command, esx respond "unable to connect to localhost".
I want to delete the link to Area in the esxi, the lun is deleted so no data to backup.
There's production vm on him linked with another storage, i'm afraid of restarting this server because of production VM...
I tried lot of Kb (Permanent Device Loss (PDL) and All-Paths-Down (APD) in vSphere 5.0 /Diagnosing an ESX/ESXi host that is disconnected or not responding in vCenter Server ...).
