Low migration speed between 2 esxi host

Hello!

I have 2 esxi 5.5 server. They have two datastores, and 1 GB ethernet. When migrate VM from one esxi to other esxi, speed network shows 150 Mb/s and write speed of 30 MB on disk. When migrating from one disk to another within the same host  write speed about 60 MB. And when I test the speed with iperf between two VM on different hosts, the speed shows 900Mb/s.

Please help me, why the speed is so low when migrating from one host to others?

And then migration from NFS to a local datastore speed 150Mb/s, and when from local to NFS grows to 900Mb/s.

2Fillips, network work good, iperf show 900Mb/s.

2vlho, may be it my trouble. I will buy controller with cache and battery for test
