Low application performance on different hosts

Hi all,

I have 4 hosts that they have same configuration nad same ESXi version (ESXi 5.1) but seems, virtual machines has lower performance on one of them.

Power policy is configured to "High Static Performance" on all and there is no other problem.

Is there any one with same experiences?

VMware KB: Poor virtual machine application performance may be caused by processor power management ...

This is not root cause because we had configured "HP Static Performance" on all hosts.

Is there any KBs?
