Lots of odd network events from in syslog from esxi 4.1

I get this in my syslogs every five minutes. My HIDS is picking this up and alerting each time. I have put a filter in the HIDS for it so I don;t get an email every five minutes but want to identify what this is and eliminate the issue.

error 'App'] Failed to read header on stream TCP(local=127.0.0.1:51835,

peer=127.0.0.1:0): N7Vmacore15SystemExceptionE(Connection reset by peer)
