Lost access to volume

Sorry for my english.

I have 2 hosts esxi 6.5: 1 Lenovo X3500 M5 with 64GB ram 2x600 gb  sata disks raid1

2  little PC for testing the ambient: i76700k ssd adata

On both machines I noticed that when creating and installing new VM performance gradually got worse, especially on the test PC. By controlling the storage logs I noticed that only during the installation of new machinery appears the warning of a continuing loss of access to the volume.

The test PC was upgraded from version 6.0 to version 6.5 as well as VMs already installed.

Any suggestions to solve the problem?

Thank you

On one hand ,you should check RAID Controller Compatibility ,on the other hand you should ask Lenovo check the hardware.

Check  compatibility  like this :

login esxi server with root

[root@esxi01:~]  esxcfg-scsidevs -a

vmhba0  megaraid_sas      link-n/a  unknown.vmhba0                          (0000:19:00.0) LSI / Symbios Logic Dell PERC 6/i Integrated

vmhba2  qlnativefc        link-n/a  fc.2000001b321ab705:2100001b321ab705    (0000:18:00.0) QLogic Corp ISP2432-based 4Gb Fibre Channel to PCI Express HBA

[root@esxi01:~] vmkchdev -l |grep vmhba0

Can you  execute     1、  esxcli software vib list | grep sas   2、  esxcli software vib list | grep lsi

Suggest   upgrade    your  dirver   to  lsi-mr3 version 6.910.18.00-1vmw  .(  Firmware Version N/A  meaning any firmware version is support )

Please contact your hardware provider upgrade your firmware version .   (fix bugs)
