Logs are stored on a non-persisten storage.

Hi,

I am installing VMware ESXi on VMware Workstation 16 pro. My PC is HP laptop 15-dw1xxx with 16GB RAM and 250GB SSD installed to it. The keyboard I have is a French Keyboard. Therefore, I used Alt+F11 initially when prompted. Later I tried with Alt+F2, but everytime it is showing me the same error. These are the screenshots I took:

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Hi, maybe you need define storage, where logs are stored.

Try this post:

Hi,

Thank you for replying. But I don’t have the CLI yet. I’m still installing the VMware ESXi. You want me to try that on my PC’s CLI(powershell or cmd) ?
