On your vCenter server go into Control Panel > Administrator Tools > ODBC
Under the DSN tab you will see some ODBC connections to the name of your SQL server and it will even tell you the name of the Database.
If you vCenter is an appaliance look in your appliance settings and you will see something simular.
If you run UpdateManager on your vCenter Server it will probably also have an ODBC to your Update Manager Database there as well.
