Licensing in VMWare 4.0

I need to know is there any document which provides elaborate information about licensing in VMWare 4.0. What I have observed it's not that good as it was in VMware 3.5 & more or less it's very confusing to understand the license part in VMWare 4.0.

Do we get any relevant questions related to Licensing in VMWare 4.0

Hello Rick,

I have gone through this link before all it talks about is how we can manage the licenses, what I'm looking for is the straight forward information about licenses of each and every component in VMware right from ESX to VCenter to virtual machines. I believe that they have added the concept of Licenses "Per Core", which is kind of confusing.

I would request if I can get something in tabular form, then it will be easy to understand. Thanks.
