Licensing Issue with ESXi

Hi Guys,

I have recently been running free ESXi however needed the vCenter features so I purchased a new license.  When trying to apply the license, it works at first, however, almost immediatley, the user 'vpxuser' reverts the license back to the free license (please see screenshot).

You will see that at first I (root) installs the license, it is applied, then the next log entry is 'vpxuser' also installing a license, which then reverts it back.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

It turns out that for some reason adding the license from vCenter actually applied the license successfully.

Weird...
