I have a cisco c220M3 server OS ESXi 5.5, the alarm light is orange and the fan makes a loud noise. In the event I found error messages that appears  "Les performances du périphérique naa.600605b008afa1201af27d9739aa213f se sont détériorées. La latence d'E/S est passée de la  valeur moyenne de 207 microsecondes à 7005 microsecondes." and

"Les performances du périphérique naa.600605b008afa1201af27d9739aa213f se sont détériorées. La latence d'E/S est passée de la

valeur moyenne de 206 microsecondes à 6267 microsecondes."

There are someone that can help me for this.

This is not error, just a warning (information) and it said that latency is increased. The latency is also very low.

This event will be triggered when latency is increased to larger number compare than previous state.

Please, what is the action to be taken in this case.

Keep under monitoring your datastore and if latency has been increased more than 50ms, then you need to do some troubleshooting to find root cause.

If there was no hardware problem such as SAN fiber, SFP, SAN switch or HBA faulty or issue on them, you should monitor your virtual machines about I/O and limit some machines, if those machines are generating lot of I/O.

Actually, troubleshooting is different according to each situation.
