Type is same i.e. LSI Logic parallel.

Best practice for performance should be using the Paravirtual disk. It has a bit less CPU overhead and a bit less latency but I don't think it's very noticeable.
can not do Microsoft Clustering Service (MSCS) with para virtual SCSI disks. if u need high performance of I/O (such as data base) you can use para virtual SCSI.
