To improve Performace , Should we use different LSI SCSI Adapter for different harddisk in a a VM. If harddisk are of large size like around. 500 GB

Type is same i.e. LSI Logic parallel.

If you really wanted to use it for the install, you would have to extract the driver from the VMware Tools ISO and add it to a floppy image.

Best practice for performance should be using the Paravirtual disk. It has a bit less CPU overhead and a bit less latency but I don't think it's very noticeable.

can not do Microsoft Clustering Service (MSCS) with para virtual SCSI disks. if u need high performance of I/O  (such as data base) you can use para virtual SCSI.
