We're running ESXi 4.1, vCenter b258902. I have a regular, but intermittent, issue when remoted into some vms using the vSphere client where the keyboard will lockup after a while. The mouse still works, just not the keyboard, to get around this I have to close the remote connection and reconnect, then wait until it happens again. I know this happens on Srvr 2008, I cannot say for srure whethers it's also XP or Srvr 2003.
I've casually asked VMware about this they suggest we go to Update 1 but I'm not convinced there's not a quicker solution. Any ideas?
