Everything has been working fine until I updated my hosts with build 3247720. After the update I noticed I could not deploy VMs or connect to hosts directly on several systems.
I checked with wireshark and saw MSS for jumbo frames in the ACK and SYN so the server said it supported them. After that the system sends TLS client hello and gets nothing back. Changing the system to 1500 MTU and I can connect to the hosts.
Jumbo frames worked just fine on all previous versions of ESXi 6.
