Issue after ESXI 7.0.3 host upgrade

after upgrading to ESXI Host 7.0.3 i can not check compliance for the baselines it gets stuck at 55% for each host and i also have an install for each host with an initiator of VSPHERE.LOCAL\com.vmware.vr-1eabc38f-1dfd-4ab2-904c-9009ea473599 that sits at 0%

i have 3 hosts all running : ESXi Version 7.0.3 Build 19193900

I rebooted each host and the installs completed. now the only issue i am experiencing is when checking baselines it gets stuck at 55%,

Looks like someone else ran into this issue and was able to resolve it by reinstalling using the standard VMware 7.0U3c ISO:
