Is there a way to search these discussions?

I'm new to this forum so please excuse my ignorance.  I've been scouring the web page for a way to search the discussions but don't seem to find anything.  I sure don't want to go through 12K of discussions and would hate to ask a question that has already been answered a dozen times.

So is there a search capability and if so, where do I find it?

TIA

Bill W

This works well on Google:

site:communities.vmware.com search string here

There is also internal search in the top right.
