Is there a way to rebalance the guests across the hosts in a cluster when I add a host to the cluster?

For maintenance I move all the guests off a host and put it into Maintence Mode. Once I'm done with the host maintenance I want to put guests back on that host. Right now I manually migrate guests back to that host. I'd like to know if there is a way automatically (or scriptomatically) rebalance the guests across all of the hosts in my cluster? I do use DRS but it does not move any guests back because I have a lot of excess capacity right now.

If DRS is not moving them your cluster may be balanced. Maybe, if you don't, set your DRS to 3 stars and fully automated and see what happens.
